Witnesses met a man who had a bloody dolphin aboard his quad-motorcycle, photographed him and uploaded the images to the networks, where he became viral.
The officials of the Provincial Agency for Sustainable Development (OPDS) identified the accused, Rubén Vicente, and decided to sanction it with a fine that could reach a million pesos.
The suspect gave his version to LU24: "They found him and tried to throw him twice in the water, but he was looking towards the coast, took him to my house on board my ATV, ate it and threw the remains to the sea, I have nothing to hide, it was an accident."
