Noon Thursday: Three graduates arrive at Racing Victoria for interrogation

Coach Darren Weir, assistant coach Jarrod McLean and stable employee Tyson Kermond arrived at the Racing Victoria venue on Thursday afternoon after being called to face the commissioners.

The development continues Wednesday's incursions by the Victoria police in two of the Weir stables, in Warrnambool and Ballarat, and in the police confiscation of four jiggers, an unregistered firearm and a substance that was created as cocaine.

Thursday 9: Weir, McLean and Kermond left Racing Victoria

At 9 in the evening, the three men were seen leaving the headquarters of Racing Victoria questioned by the commissioners.

10.25 p. M. Thursday: Racing Victoria launches the following statement

"Racing's commissioners (RV) opened an investigation after the investigation warrants were executed by the Victoria police yesterday in properties in Ballarat and Warrnambool that saw three detainees licensed careers arrested and released later without charges.

"Licensed trainers Darren Weir and Jarrod McLean and licensed lawyer Tyson Kermond attended the RV offices where they were interviewed by the commissioners.

"The curators postponed their consultation late this evening to consider the information they have at hand and obtain legal advice. It is expected that a new update tomorrow will be issued."
