São Paulo – O Ibovespa It closed more than 1 percent on Tuesday, with Petrobras among the biggest falls in the midst of the chaos of oil prices in the foreign market while financial agents continue to expect a clearer signal about the economic plans of the new government.

The benchmark index of the Brazilian stock market, Ibovespa fell 1.13 percent to 84.560.75 points, according to preliminary data, a lower level of closure since October 29.

The financial volume amounted to 12.7 million reais.
