In 20 regions of the country, on November 30 a yellow code was announced for low temperatures. This is the reference of the site of the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH) at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, reports FOCUS.
Areas for which the warning applies are Vidin, Montana, Vratsa, Pleven, Lovech, Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse, Targovishte, Razgrad, Silistra, Sliven, Shumen, Yambol, Bourgas, Varna, Dobrich, Sofia, Sofia. and Pernik.
There is also a yellow code for strong winds along the Black Sea coast. Temperatures are expected to be less than 0 degrees.
This degree of danger means that very low temperatures are expected. Health problems are possible for sensitive and sick people, adults, children and homeless people.
