The Supreme Court allows the Delhi Police to arrest Amrapali Group CMD, 2 directors



The three directors, including the CMD, were under the custody of the UP police until now according to the court's address in the case presented by the buyers of houses.

New Delhi: The court of the Supreme Court allowed the police in Delhi to arrest the group Amrapali CMD Anil Sharma and two directors immediately in a criminal complaint against them.

The court also directed the attachment of the personal property of Sharma and other directors.

He said the Wing offensive economic (EoW) of the Delhi police may also arrest the directors of Amrapali – Shiv Priya and Ajay Kumar in the case.

A bank of judges Arun Mishra and U U Lalit said: "We have never stopped any agency arresting the directors, who are currently housed in a hotel under the arrests of UP police."
The court is apprehended of a batch of petitions submitted by buyers of houses that seek possession of about 42,000 homes reserved for Amrapali Group projects.

The three directors, including the CMD, were under the custody of the UP police until now according to the court's address in the case presented by the buyers of houses.

Now the Delhi Police could be arrested and interrogated in a separate case of traps hosted by his wing EoW.
