Man accused of Kerry's murder three years in custody in custody

A man accused of killing a man in Co Kerry three years has been arrested in custody for two weeks.

Dmitriy Hrynkevich, 24 years old, died in hospital two days after he was found assaulted in Tralee on September 30, 2015.

Arnoldas Ivanauskas from Parklands, 32 years old, Tralee appeared before Tralee district court today charged with murder.

The man killed, Mr. Hrynkevich was Ireland's third tallest man, standing at seven feet and six inches high.

The State requested the replacement of the accused in custody for the preparation of the test book.

The accused's lawyer says he will file a bail bond in the Superior Court tomorrow
