Prime Minister Benjamin is lying for losing Tuesday's race in an effort to win more votes, labor leader Avi Gabbay told supporters of his party at his campaign headquarters in Tel Aviv on Monday.

Gabbay said that the number two candidate for Blue and White Yair Lapid was also lying. He said that Lapid was not being true when he says that Blue and White does not need him to renounce his agreement in a rotation in the office of the prime minister with blue and white leader Benny Gantz to win the election.

"Rotation is the obstacle to the victory of our political camp," said Gabbay. "We want our camp to replace Netanyahu. Three heads of staff have granted their ego. Lapid's time has come to grant his ego and leave the race."
