Astronomers called this strange space called Oumaamua and, although it left our solar system much, they are still trying to solve the mysterious asteroid.
For example, here is a fact that still does not give peace to astronomers: when Oumumaux left our solar system, it grew faster. This is not uncommon, since comets often behave as if – at lower or higher speeds, the gases emanating from their surface are forwarded. However, later it was discovered that Oumuamua is not a comet. So who made him move faster?
In a recently published study, researchers say it could be Sunlight. That is, a group of astronomers at Harvard University estimates that this asteroid is quite large enough to be as thin as the sun's candle. As a result, astronomers have a legitimate suspicion that someone has created it deliberately.
Although the concept of Solar Sail is not a novelty, however, only now scientists have begun to experiment with this concept. Einstein's theory of relativity confirms that light has an impulse that can be used by satellites in a particular candle, similar to the use of the sea by the wind.
Can Oumaamua have a sailboat? Harvard researchers believe this is possible, but it is known that such an asteroid should be very wide and thin (less than one millimeter).
Probably, the guest of our solar system was not so thin, however, it is not clear, because it was discovered that it was impossible to accurately determine its thickness.
The study also examines the possibility that this asteroid is artificially created by aliens. True, the scientists are quite skeptical about this idea.
