Tottenham midfielder Mousa Dembélé is probably away from the soccer field during the year as a result of an ankle injury. The newspaper reported Thursday.
"Unfortunately, Mousa Dembélé's investigations confirm that the right ankle ligaments are injured and it is unlikely that he can play again before the new year, the club reported.
The player of 31 years also loses the parties of the national league of Belgium against Iceland and Switzerland.
The London club suffered many damage this fall. The parties Alli, Christian Eriksen, Danny Rose, Jan Vertonghen and Eric Dier have all the injuries, and Rose and Vertonghen are still out.
"We hope that it is available since the beginning of January," says Mauricio Pochettino, director of Dembélé.
