BlackBerry buys a security company of 1,400 million dollars

Black Berry completed an agreement to acquire Sylenec Artificial Artificial Intelligence and the Cybernetic Security Command in the United States for $ 1.4 billion.

John Silk, Chief Executive Officer of Black Berry, said yesterday that Synelank's leadership in artificial intelligence will help supplement the internal BlackBerry portfolio.

He added that he believes that adding the capabilities of Silanac, along with its reliable features in privacy and safe mobility, makes BlackBerry Spark indispensable in the Internet environment. According to the agreement, the company will work as a separate unit within BlackBerry.
