The representative of the coalition Sonko, the chairman of the National Commission for Recording Vows (Cnrv), disagrees with the figures announced by the commission's chairman, Judge Demba Kandji. He claims that the figures that arrived at the court level were not accurate.
"Today, systematically, all the Pv (Minutes) that reached the level of this court, the votes cast and the number of ballots found in the ballot boxes were not accurate. This is revealing and essential. Senegalese should be aware of what happened," says he
He adds: "Other points, especially what happened to voters outside the city, we fall into a situation where voters out of town in Podor are not more than 2717. We have areas where we spend the hundreds and a few thousand votes.
Therefore, the representative of Ousmane Sonko considers that what Judge Demba Kandji said is contrary to what happened. He also says that they will present resources at the level of the Constitutional Council.
