After Realme, Xiaomi increases the prices of Redmi 6A, Redmi 6, Mi TVs, Mi Powerbank and more in India.



After the downturn and rising costs, Chinese mobile phone maker Xiaomi has announced that Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A prices are increasing, along with My Powerbank 2i and Mi TV (32-inch Pro and 49 -inch variants Pro).

"Me Fans! INR depreciates against US $ ~ 15 percent since the beginning of this year, which means a significant increase in input costs. We are adjusting the prices of Redmi 6, Redmi 6A, Mi Powerbank 2i and Mi TV ( 32 "Pro & 49" Pro), "tweeted Manu Kumar Jain, vice president Xiaomi Global and general director Xiaomi India.

The company added that new prices would take effect as of today (November 11).

The price of the budget phone of Xiaomi Redmi 6A (2GB + 16GB) increased in Rs 600 and now it will cost Rs 6.599. The 2GB + 32GB variant will cost Rs 7,499 after the walk. Redmi 6, another budget model, will now cost Rs 8,499 for the RAM version of 3GB + 32GB.

Xiaomi's My LED TV 4C Pro 32 and My LED TV 4A Pro 49 will now cost Rs 15.999 and Rs 31,999, respectively. The cost of 10,000 mAh Mi Power Bank 2i Black increased in Rs 100 and will now be available for Rs 899.

Earlier this week, the Chinese-focused online smartphone maker, Realme, has risen prices for its two popular budget terminals in India. Realm C1 rs 6,999 now have a price of Rs 7,999, while Rs 8,990 Realme 2 (3GB variant) is priced at Rs 9,499. Realm CEO Madhav Sheth, however, in a tweet later confirmed that the company will not raise the price of Realme 2 Pro as reported by the journalist.
