The Mercedes-AMG GT R is currently the most extreme variant of the Affalterbach front motor sports car, but an even harder version of the work has been confirmed recently. Like the previous SLS Black Series, the AMG GT Black Series is not expected to reach the end of the GT's lifecycle. But based on these shots by espionage, the development is already under way.
Our shooter saw two GT test mules running around at the Nürburgring in Germany, and if the brilliant brakes on the main car were any indications, they were very difficult. Both cars have diving airplanes on the front valance and a more substantial front divider. The wheels and brakes look similar to those of the GT R, as well as the rear wing. The leak, however, is different, with four exhausting extremities pushed to the back bumper corners. The camouflaged car also has additional pieces attached to its front fenders, possibly for aerodynamics.
It is not known much about the AMG GT Black Series that will not be lighter and more powerful than the GT R, which makes 577 hp and 516 pounds of torque from a 4.0-liter V-8 of 2.5 liters. Given that 2019 Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S 4-Door Coupe is capable of producing 630 CV and 627 pounds-feet from a version of the same engine, we would be surprised if the Black Series did not adhere to the two- turbo of 4 , 0 liters.
The Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series arrives in 2020, which means that the high-performance model will probably serve as a swan song for the GT.
