Wallabies makes two changes when the teenager loses the debut

PADUA, Italy: Teenager Jordan Petaia suffered a muscle injury and lost a test debut when Australia, which was forced to enter into two later changes, assumes Italy in Padua on Saturday.

The 18-year-old would become Australia's third-time Australian youngest after being named on Thursday by coach Michael Cheika in the early 15's for the test, only then suffered a cutaneous attack on training later.

"Australian medical personnel chose not to accelerate rehabilitation and the end is expected to be fit for the shock of England in Twickenham next week," a team statement said on Friday.

It will be replaced by Marika Koroibete.

Rory Arnold, who had been named on the bench, also leaves after a fractured hollow did not recover as expected, with the blockage replaced by veteran Rob Simmons replacements.
