The volume of housing loans at the end of September reached 26,500 million euros. The volume of annual loans increased almost 2,500 million euros, increasing by 161 million euros per month. This is the current information of the National Bank of Slovakia (NBS).
The credits in construction costs amounted to 2.38 million euros at the end of the nine months, with credits of credit and between credits. Since the beginning of the year, the Slovakian regulator has adjusted the information on loan data.
The reason is the legislative change of mortgage banking and subsequent changes in the report since the beginning of this year. So, new times are not available for subcategories of home loans.
In terms of the participation of individual banks in home loans, most of Slovenská sporiteľňa was 27.73 percent. Followed by VUB with 20.38 percent participation and the third place is Tatra Banka with a participation of 14.3 percent.
For the construction of savings loans, the largest savings bank of buildings was the biggest contributor. It represented 82.75 percent. The remaining companies operating in Slovakia followed, namely, Wüstenrot Building Savings Bank and ČSOB Building Savings Bank.
