Apple seems to have leaked several novel Infographic Series Infection 4 infections that could debut on a next update of the clock, although the user interface assets were not active in the current WatchOS 5.1.1 patch.

The new first-party complications, which include Home, Mail, Maps, Messages, News, Phone and Remote, are designed for the modular Infographic and Modular watches exclusive for Apple Watch Series 4.
As noted 9to5Mac, users running iOS 12.1.1 and watchOS 5.1.1 can preview icons for the complications listed above, browsing the view of the faces gallery of the view in the Watch Watch application for iOS. Currently, complications can not be configured on an Apple Watch device.
Although the functionality of the complications will remain unknown until its release, it can be assumed that most icons will serve as simple shortcuts to the corresponding clock applications instead of providing tangible information such as current complications that cover weather conditions and battery life. The complication of the news application, however, could show the current headlines as the main component of the Infograph modular clock face.
Apple will probably include these new complications in a next beta of development of watchOS, with the software potentially falling as early as this week.
The lack of compatible complications for the new faces of infographics watches rich in data from Apple has been one of the few concerns expressed by the first users of Apple Watch Series 4.
The users received the 5.1.1 watch before today after the previous version of the software update was launched by bricking some Apple Watch models last week.
