After two strange trailers from The CW this week causing the "Elseworlds" crossover, a lot of questions are being answered about the next Arrowspecial specials Those who have guessed that the Earth life of Barry Allen and Oliver Queen had changed their lives were correct, but there is much more than history. It turns out that all this scheme is the work of Arkham Asylum doc John Deegan, who puts the story for "rewriting reality."
The plot is expected when the mysterious Arkham Asylum doctor reveals that it is the cause of Barry and Oliver's switcharoo. How do you do that exactly? This is not clear, although the revelation of EW shows how Gotham City will work on the image. It seems that flip-flopped heroes will have to go through Gotham to get to the bottom of what led to their change.
Although Barry and Oliver exchanged lives and powers, fanatics will not be able to see both men doing a bit of role-playing in each other's shoes. Grant Gustin has confirmed that he will not emulate the modes of Stephen Amell or vice versa. This makes sense considering that they are both their regular members, although it is a bit disappointing to know that fanatics may not see Gustin's attempt at the iconic routine of salmon stairs.
The report also confirmed that heroes are the only two people on their Earth who seem to realize it, that's where Supergirl comes in. For some reason, she is able to recognize them and understand that things are not as they seem. This leads to some scenes among the three, which Marc Guggenheim mentioned was strange at the crossing last year.
It is a positive side effect of the decision of the "Elseworlds" crossover to exclude the Legends of tomorrow. The series was no longer entertained this year, as Guggenheim added that exclusion put less stress at the time of creating and filming a fourth hour and a crossover with a larger cast. Having said that, Guggenheim revealed that the show was not completely out of the circuit and that three crossover hours will feature Legends cameo
It has also been revealed that "Elseworlds" will feel more episodic than last year's "Crisis on Earth X". Todd Helbing said that each episode will feel their respective show, which means O Flash you will feel like O Flash and so on and so on. The result is a crossover that is especially proud of Grant Gustin.
For all that was revealed on the crossing of "Elseworlds", there is still a lot to learn. For example, how are the other heroes like Batwoman and Superman their adventure? Will The Monitor will be in peace with John Deegan? Is Gotham City on Earth 1?
ArrowThe wealthy people still have a long time to wait, since the crossing "Elseworlds" officially begins on Sunday, December 9 at 8:00 p.m. ET with a special episode of O Flash. To see what is happening next on television around that time and beyond, visit our premiere and midseason guides.
