Agustín Godoy, a medical student, was accused of the crime of "betrayal of the country" after being offered to help humanitarian aid to Venezuela.

The complaint was made by the National Network of Doctors through its Twitter account. "The persecution and imprisonment of humanitarian aid personnel is a crime of humanity," he wrote.

They emphasized in the publication that international laws protect us, because no doctor or health personnel can be arrested or persecuted for providing humanitarian assistance.
